Southwest’s Hottest Stuff

People say if you do what you love you’ll never work another day in your life.
What if you’re lucky enough to do something you love,
Grow unique tasting food that brings joy and sustenance to others,
Create something you’re passionate about,
Cook food that sparks joy, AND create a unique taste?
That’s my dream, and I hope to make it a reality.

All of the produce I use is generally grown in my own garden in South-west Western Australia.
Some of my chilli plants are several years old.
A few have cross pollinated and created unique tasting chilli’s that aren’t available elsewhere.
If I can’t grow it or find it from a local, I don’t use it in my recipes.

As with any home-grown garden chef, my recipes are 100% based on seasonal availability.
This is one of the beautiful parts of using fresh local produce!
Tastes will vary, recipes change & no one batch will be exactly the same as the last.
